Package Overview

Welcome! This is a specially designed 4 Night and 5 Days Andaman Group Package Tour Plan. The package is designed with the assumption that a group of minimum 12 persons are visiting Andaman for a memorable holiday. Day one will cover the iconic Cellular Jail visit followed by light and sound show, Carbyn’s Cove Beach and Flag Point visit. Day two will cover the most popular tourist destination the Havelock Island. Day three will cover Ross and North Bay Island for enjoying water sports activities. Day four will be tour of capital city Port Blair. On day fifth you will be dropped at airport via Jogger’s Park. The package could be customized based on guest’s requirement.

Brief Itinerary

Day 1 - Port Blair Arrival - Cellular Jail, Corbyn's Cove Beach, Light & Sound Show.

Day 2 - Havelock (same day return) - Radhanagar and Kalapathar Beach.

Day 3 - Ross & North Bay Island.

Day 4 - City Tour - Anthropological Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika), Chatham Saw Mill, Flag Hoisting Point.

Day 5 - Airport Drop via Jogger's Park.

Detail Itinerary

Day 1 => Arrival at Port Blair - After arriving at Port Blair Veer Savarkar International Airport, meet our representative who will assist you to check into your pre booked hotel. Relax till lunch and after meal, start your day 1 itinerary by visiting the famous Cellular Jail, a place of pilgrimage for all freedom loving people. Next visit most popular and happening beach of capital city Port Blair namely Corbyns Cove Beach. After sunset, travels back to Cellular Jail to witness Light and Sound Show were history of the heroic freedom struggle which is brought alive in a moving Light & Sound Show.

Day 2 => Havelock (Same Day Return) - Early morning departure to Havelock Island in govt ferry (subjected to the availability or by private ferry on extra payment) 74 Kms by sea from Port Blair. On arrival, visit world famous Radha Nagar Beach mostly visited for its crystal clear water and white sand. The beach is ranked Asia's one of the best beach. Later visit Kalapathar Beach famous for its black rocked beach. Back to Port Blair and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 3 => Ross & North Bay Island - The voyage begins with a mesmerizing boat trip to Ross Island, the erstwhile capital of Port Blair during the British regime. The island presently houses the ruins of old buildings like Chief Commissioner's House, Government House, Church, Bakery, Press, Swimming Pool, Cemetery, etc. and all in dilapidated condition. Deer, rabbit and peacock can easily be sighted in this island. After Ross Island, proceed to North Bay Islands which is famous for under- water marine life and rarest varieties of corals. Snorkeling, scuba diving, sea walk etc could also be done on extra payment here. Later proceed back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4 => City Tour - The day's program begins with the sightseeing tour in and around the city like Anthropological Museum - displays tribal essential and artifacts of A&N Islands, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika) - gives a good retrospect of the history, shells, corals, marine life, geography and archaeology of these Islands, Chatham Saw Mill, Asia's largest saw mill. Back to lunch point, after lunch rest for a while and in the evening visit Netaji Flag Hoisting Memorial - The place is having its historic importance in the Indian Struggle of Freedom, as it is the firt place of free India were Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose has first hoisted our national tri colour on 30th December 1943. Back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5 => Airport Drop - Our representative will drop you at Airport. On the way visit Jogger’s Park for clicking quick pictures of newly build international airport in the background.

Important Information

1. Double sharing standard AC rooms suitable for couples.
2. Complimentary breakfast for two adults based on the hotel's buffet selection.
3. During the tour, ac vehicles, such as the Scorpio, Xylo, or Swift Desire, or equivalent models, will be made available based on availability.

Optional Water Sports & Other Activities

Andaman Islands are a house of various adventurous water activities such as Scuba Diving, Sea Walk, Snorkeling, Parasailing, Jet Ski Ride and Glass Bottom Boat Ride etc. These activities could be performed on additional payment directly to the operators or could be pre booked in your package.

Package Inclusion

1. Standard AC room in twin sharing.

5. All Transportation for sight-seeing transfers to airport, hotel & jetty by AC vehicle.
6. All Entry Tickets, Ferry / Cruise / Boat Tickets, Permit Charges, Parking Charges.
7. Any visit missed due to any reason, alternate tour incurring similar cost will be arranged.
8. On-call assistance during your stay.

Package Exclusions

1. Flight Tickets.
2. Unspecified Meal - Lunch & Dinner.
3. Vehicle service will not be avilable after finishing the sightseeing tour as per itinerary.
4. Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours or extra meals/beverages ordered at hotel.
5. Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Phone Calls and Camera Charges (still or movie).
6. Any kind of drinks or snack on tour or while waiting at airport or jetty.

8. Peak Season charges of Hotels / Resorts (Applicable from 15th December to 20th January).
9. Extra Cost due to change in itinerary/flight cancellation/ill health etc.
10. Any Water Sports/Adventurous Activity not mentioned in the Package Inclusions.
11. Anything that is not mentioned in the Package Inclusions.

Payment Policy

1. All bookings will be entertained only after receiving 50% amount of total package cost.
2. Only after receiving the advance amount, we will start the pre booking process.
3. Advance amount may change depending upon choice of hotel and peak season rate, as some hotel and resort required 100% payment for confirming the booking.
4. Quoted rates are valid for 24 hrs only or till the availability of hotel and other varying factors.
5. If the travelling dates are less than 30 days then booking will be confirmed only after receiving 100% payment.
6. Any hike in the govt/admin taxes, the same will be incurred by guest and not the company.
7. Remaining amount must be released to the company before 01 week of arrival.

Payment Options

1. Credit cards issued that are part of the Visa & Master Card. Other international cards are also acceptable.
2. Visa & Master Card Debit cards.
3. UPI (PhonePay, Gpay, PayTm).
4. QR code scan transfer.
5. Net banking (NEFT or IMPS).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No refund on cancellation of booking between 15-December to 15-January as the period is peak season.
2. Cancellation & refund of any type of transportation will purely be on the concerned authorities.
3. Cancellation & refund of hotel & resorts booked will purely be on respective hotel & resorts policy.
4. No refund for light & sound show tickets booked.

Terms & Conditions

1. Package rate quoted will be subjected to availability of hotel and resorts.
2. Any change in quoted package rate due to alternate hotel proposed due to non-availability of quoted hotel will be incurred by guest.
3. Any loss or damage to the hotel provided during your stay will be liability of guest.
4. Allotted vehicle used other than itinerary will be chargeable as per company policy.
5. Guests are requested to carry valid ID card for personal identification at hotel or other such places.
6. Andaman & Nicobar Island comes under restricted area, company will not be liable for any violation of local law done by guests.
7. Early checkin and late checkout will be purely depends upon the respective hotel policy. Additional charge due to such adjustment will be at expense of guests.
8. Pre-booked meal with the package will be based on buffet provided in the respective hotel. Food order other the buffet will be incurred by the guest. Early meal could be arranged as packed meal or could be arranged in restaurant/dhaba on the route.
9. No claim or refund will be issued to missed meal.
10. All foreign nation and Indians staying abroad and holding passport of other country must register themselves with immigration on arrival.
11. Any loss of valuable in the vehicle allotted will not be responsibility of company. Any damage done by guest to the vehicle will be compensated suitably by guest.
12. Ferry services are subject to weather condition, technical snag etc. Company does not owe any responsibility for the same.
