The best beach on Neil Island is Bharatpur Beach, which is located about 500 meters from the jetty. The location is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic getaway because the water is clear and devoid of coral and rocks. There are a few other water sports available at the beach in addition to swimming; in fact, Bharatpur Beach on Neil Island is the only location where these activities are permitted. Here, you could also find a number of neighborhood stores selling elegant items like dolls, caps, and gifts made of coral and wood. Also, there are restaurants on the beach that serve delectable and appetizing regional cuisine. This beach, like every other beach in the Andaman, is bordered by a dense green forest and coconut trees on one side. After arriving to Neil Island, tourists frequently go to this location first. Typically, the business opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 5:00 PM. Optimal time to enjoy this location is between two and three hours. Since most of the activities take place between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, this is the optimum time to visit the location.
You could just take a route from the jetty to the beach, which is a few meters off the main road. Also, there are signboards to direct the way. Using a cab or renting a two-wheeler is an excellent option if you want to see the location from where you are staying.
